It's easy for a germ on your hand to end up in your mouth. Think about how many foods you eat with your hands!! Bet those crisps, chips and sandwiches look so good now!
Think of it this way if you were to put your hands in bright red paint and not wash it off, what would happen? Everything you touch would change colour, your games console, the fridge door, your clothes, hair, even the people you play with and food you eat! Now imagine the red was not bright for you to see but invisible!
The best way to stop the germs spreading and making you and other sick it the very quick and simple thing and you only need soap and warm water.
