A daring and brave pirate with his eye patch, cutlass and sea-faring clothes, a chivalrous knight from the Middle Ages or a character from Dr. Who, these are just some of the dressing up ideas that boys have. Children all adore being able to dress as different characters and lose themselves in the fantasy of the moment. Young boys enjoy this type of activity and they can throw themselves wholeheartedly into the character that they are presently pretending to be.
Having the proper type of outfit for boys dressing up adds greatly to the reality for all children. They can pretend to be a power ranger, fierce dragon or a playful puppy without any costume, but it is ever so much more fun when they have the outward appearance of the character that they long to be.
