Sleepcurve mattresses are a unique breakthrough in baby mattress technology. They are designed to give your baby the best in safe, comfortable and restful sleep. These special crib mattresses have been designed and developed by Philip Owen B.Sc (Hons), a leading Paediatric Cranial Osteopath with 20 years experience in the study and treatment of tensions and restrictions in baby skull bones. Use of a novel Sleepcurve mattress ensures your baby is cradled in a position that opens airways to improve oxygenation, helps to avoid “flat head syndrome” and helps provide restful sleep. Baby’s head is allowed to move freely when placed on his or her back, therefore removing the constant pressure effect that occurs with other flat mattresses which can lead to misshapen head syndrome. An added benefit of this crib mattress is it’s "heat dissipation system" which channels air away from baby’s body via a series of channels and holes, thus helping to maintain a comfortable body temperature.
