TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is managed for The Kids Window Ltd by Counterpoint Promotions Ltd of 10 Broomfield Lane, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire WA15 9AW.
  2. One voucher is issued to each customer placing an order totalling a minimum of £20.00 in value (including VAT and delivery).
  3. Each voucher entitles the bearer to the offer indicated below the entry of any participating attraction, as shown on the attraction list provided online.
  4. When the offer is two tickets for the price of one, the lower priced admission (e.g. child or OAP) is provided free.
  5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one voucher per party will be accepted. The offer stated for each attraction apply to full admission prices only.
  6. Some attractions are only open at certain periods and will not accept vouchers during Bank Holidays or special events. Height or age restrictions may also apply. Please contact your selected venue in advance to check all relevant information.
  7. The use of vouchers is subject to the normal terms and conditions of each individual attraction.
  8. At some attractions such as go karting and paint-balling the offer is subject to promotional availability, they may also require bookings to be made in advance.
  9. The Kids Window or Counterpoint Promotions Ltd, the promoter, their agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any personal accident, injury or loss at individual attractions.
  10. All of the attractions have confirmed their willingness to participate in the Free Days Out promotion and every effort has been made to ensure all of the details contained herein are correct. However, all of the attractions reserve the right to withdraw or alter their offer without notice.
  11. The Kids Window or Counterpoint Promotions, the promoter, their agents or distributors can not be held liable or responsible for an attraction closing or refusing to accept a voucher for reasons of their own. Any disputes must be settled direct with the individual attraction concerned.
  12. The cash value of this voucher is 0.001 pence.
  13. This voucher is valid for admission before 31 October 2008.
