Recipes and Cooking Instructions for Children on How to Make Chocolate BrowniesChocolate brownies are delicious bites of chocolate and they are easy enough for kids to make with just a little assistance from adults. Of course, we know that you can make these by using a packaged mix in a box, but let's have some fun in the kitchen and impress everyone by showing them just how good a chef you really are. Remember, your mum and dad, or another adult must be in charge of the actual baking and should be the ones who handle the hot trays! The ingredients are very simple: * ¼ cup of cocoa from a can Now for your directions as follows: Have an adult preheat the oven to 350 degrees while you prepare the ingredients. First, lightly dust an 8X8 inch square baking pan with a vegetable spray or use a little butter to coat the bottom and sides of the pan. In a large or medium sized mixing bowl, combine your first 7 ingredients. When your brownies are done, you can let your parents or another adult remove the pan for you and place it on a trivet or a wire rack to cool. When your great brownie dessert has cooled for at least 30 minutes, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top or frost the top with icing.
You can make some vanilla frosting in just a few minutes and it is much tastier than the kind you buy at the grocery store. Ingredients: * 2 cups of powdered sugar
* You can even make a chocolate icing by adding one more ingredient, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and then add candy coated chocolates or chocolate chips as fun decorations on top of your brownies.
